3 Days to Jumpstart your weight Loss

Accelerate your plan or break a plateau!

During Jumpstart you must use the following menu daily for 3 days.

  • Unlimited Proteins ( meat, poultry, fish)
  • Unlimited green vegetables - preferable raw
  • 8 eight ounce glasses of water (64 ounces) 
  • 4 Geaux Slim Fruit drinks

* absolutely no other foods are permitted during this phase - no peas, 

bread, pasta, milk, cheese of condiments (mayonnaise, relish, ketchup)

  • Beef - Chuck roast, flank steak, filet, mignon, ground meat, round steak, rump roast, sirloin steak, T-bone steak
  • Chicken or Turkey - breast, drumsticks, ground chicken or turkey, thighs, wings
  • Fish - Bluefish, cod, dolphin, flounder, grouper, haddock, lake perch, orange roughy, perch, red snapper, salmon, sole spot, swordfish, tuna (fresh or canned packed in water only)
  • Lamb - chopped, cubed, crown roast, flank, loin
  • Liver - beef, calf, chicken
  • Shellfish - clams, crab, lobster, mussels, oysters, scallops, shrimp


Vegetarian Protein Choices:

  • Egg beaters - 2 cups, 14 egg whites, Tofu 15 ounces, veggie burger-2 patties, soybeans 1 cup


Water - 8 8-ounce glasses a day. Perrier seltzer water or mineral water may be substituted.

Limited Foods: 

  • Artificial Sweeteners - up to 3 pks a day
  • Diet soda - up to 24 oz. a day
  • Coffee - up to 2 - 6 oz. cups a day
  • Hot fresh lemon water - up to 2 cups a day
  • You may use butter, margarine, or oil in preparing your foods. 
  • Use oil and vinegar or lite salad dressing in your salad

3 days:

Breakfast - 1 Orangeade Fruit Drink


Mid am - 1 Strawberry Kiwi Fruit Drink, Grilled Chicken Strips


Lunch -  Grilled Shrimp, Green Beans, Asparagus


Mid Afternoon - 1 Lemonade Fruit Drink, Grilled chicken strips

                              Green salad with salad dressing


Dinner - Grilled Snapper, Asparagus, Broccoli 


Evening Snack - 1 Cran-grape Fruit Drink, Cucumbers, Celery Sticks
