During Jumpstart you must use the following menu daily for 3 days.
* absolutely no other foods are permitted during this phase - no peas,
bread, pasta, milk, cheese of condiments (mayonnaise, relish, ketchup)
Vegetarian Protein Choices:
Water - 8 8-ounce glasses a day. Perrier seltzer water or mineral water may be substituted.
Limited Foods:
